Thank you for shopping with Afterglow. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated shipping times vary based on your location.
United States
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
International
Estimated delivery time: 7–18 business days
Please understand that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or high seasonal volume.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dublebrands.com.
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
After an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, please allow a little extra time for tracking to update. If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@dublebrands.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Afterglow is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building/mailroom, or contacting the carrier directly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping logistics.
